5 years ago, @talgautb and I made a primitive bot for the Kazakh Latin alphabet - github so that you could quickly convert text/phrases from Cyrillic to Latin.
Why is the bot primitive?
Because it does not work with exception words and, unfortunately, the current state of the new alphabet is not clear, so at the moment the bot is working with the alphabet for which there is an official government decree.
