Keep People in the Loop: Why Communication Matters in Development

A very important part of development is statuses in Jira, but a much more important part, as for me, is personal communication with "customers" (QA, BA, PO, etc.) and with each other.
If you promised some kind of update at the morning DSM (daily standup meeting) and don't have time, write about it to the person you promised so that he understands the current situation. Don't be afraid to notify about delays.
It's better for everyone to be aware than to be ignorant.
